Basis of Sale

Workhard-Playhard agrees to advertise, for the Customer, as set out in the Order Details.

Except when you have a statutory right you shall not have the right to cancel an advertisement once you have agreed in writing to inclusion on www.workhard-playhard.co.uk

If the customer wishes to continue after the end date or if new instructions are received part way through any term, then a new agreement shall be entered into.

In pursuit of our goal to continually improve our advertisers return on their investment we reserve the right to restructure the site at our discretion without recourse to our advertisers. Any objections to a restructure should be made within 28 days of the changes having gone live

The Cost as agreed, covers the entire duration of the period entered in the Order Details.

There is no obligation to continue with any services after the end of this term has been reached.

You can terminate this agreement at any time by notifying us at least 30 working days before the next invoice is due to be raised.

Notification must be sent via post or email. Receipt of your cancellation is accepted upon acknowledgement of our confirmation. No refunds will be given.

Workhard-Playhard reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time and will give 30 days written notice.

Payment Terms

Workhard-Playhard must receive payment within 14 days from the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Late Payment

Workhard-Playhard reserves the right to charge interest on any amount outstanding in respect of any invoice after the expiry of the due date at a rate of 3% above the base rate of HSBC Bank Plc.
